AVG Tune up/ anti track

I have AVG tune up and i get reports saying i have tracking cookies and that i need to buy AVG anti tracking to sort the problem out, I have AVG anti tracking and when i go into it i am told everything is protected and it is working fine. I am confused, Does the anti tracking not work, are the products i am subscribed to not fit for purpose or are mistaken telling me to buy a product i already have

I am sorry to hear that, you are getting marketing pop ups for the products which, you have already purchased. The reason, you might be facing this issue because sometimes without proper activation of the AVG applications, you might get the same pop up of the application.  

Please make sure to reactivate the application of your AVG subscription by following the below article :

After activating the application, if the issue persists, please follow the below instructions to turn off the marketing pop ups completely :

Please open AVG [Internet Security/ TuneUp/Driver Updater/Secure VPN] and click "Menu" > "Settings" > "General" > "Personal Privacy" .Within "Personal Privacy", please deselect options under the "Offers" and "Personalization" sections. This will stop any further offers of this type.
