Hi Heather, I am sorry to hear that, are you using AVG PC tune Up trial program ? Have you tried to use the Restore option in AVG PC Tune Up ? Thank you.
Hello again!
I followed your advice and disabled my AVG Free temporarily, but the email problem persisted. I have now reinstalled Windows Mail and the problem still persists. What next please?
Hello Community
I did a trial run of Tune Up and now cannot create, send, forward or reply to emails (can still receive emails though). A quick web search showed lots of complaints about the Tune Up product. Is there someone who can give me some very simple steps to rectify my problem please?
Heather, I request you to click restore. To undo the changes made by AVG PC Tune up.May I know you have any other antivirus installed in your computer ?Thank you.
Hi Kishore, yes the trial version of Tune Up has expired.

Hello Komal
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately another user here already tried that and clicked on "delete" so there's nothing available to restore. Is there any other way? What if I uninstall Tune Up? Please advise urgently.
Thanks, Heather

Hello Heather. I am sorry once again for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, it is not possible to restore the changes now as you have deleted them. I would request you to restore your PC settings to a prior date where everything is working fine. To restore your PC settings, please follow the steps described in this article http://bit.ly/1ljkL5X . Thank you.
