Do you see "AVG PC TuneUp" desktop icon your PC?

Proceed to install your AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices program and inform the status.
Also, make sure that you don't have any other third party cleaner application installed on your PC.

I want to cancel my AVG Tune Up as it will not download - says it is incompatible with another AVG product that is already on my computer!!  I have AVG Internet Security.  Can't get any where with trying to cancel this Tune UP.  What do I do?
