Did you contact the AVG technical support to verify that the application is up to date updated?

i downloaded and installed a legacy version of pc tune up on a fresh install of win 7.   even thought i logged in during the install i keep being prompted to purchase to unlock all the options.  

i called and made sure all subscriptions are up to date.   HELP PLEASE
