I have a paid subscription for AVG PC Tune-up for my Windows 10 PC. It says so in the Website. . It will run the scan but will not fix problems as it says I need to buy a subscription. I have even started from scratch, uninstall the app, downloaded and installed a new copy but the problem persists.  Apparently for some reason there is a trial version on my PC that takes precedence and  that I can not get ride of.
