AVG Tune up not working after buying

After buying AVG Tuneup Unlimited I downloaded it and it worked great. But recently It says I have to purchase it to use the features I previously had full access too. Saying I have the free version even though I bought it.  I have tried multiple things but nothing is working. Any help?

I have this exact same problem and it's driving me nuts. It worked when I bought it last year but now says I need to pay for it to use the advanced features. I've uninstalled twice. Also, I can't see where to log in on the installation process.

Hello again, I have read the article and have tried all the options that the article shows, but after doing them I still am not allowed to use my paid version. I reinstalled Tune up 2 times and registered with my correct email but still, AVG keeps saying that my trial has run out and I have to buy what I already have to access most of the features.

I understand this must be upsetting.
I see that the Order has been successfully processed but it is not available in our Database.
I'm escalating your case to my Senior Team and they will get back to you as soon as they find a resolution for your issue.
