AVG Tune up not working again and again and again

IT DOES NOT WORK EITHER…UNLESS IT TAKES 12+ HOURS TO ANALYZE? LIKE EVERYTHING I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT TECH SUPPORT VIA PHONE, CHAT, EMAIL, YOUR SERVICE GOES IN A PERPETUAL LOOP. I EVEN FINALLY ASKED FOR A REFUND AND OF COURSE THERE IS NOTHING GOING THERE EITHER. WHEN WILL THERE BE SOMEONE AVAILABLE TO ANSWER EVEN ONE  QUESTION?

I'm really sorry to hear about your troubles. Please go to your AVG PC TuneUp > Help & Support > Check for Updates and run the update. This update should fix the issue.

Purchased on 1-3-2015: AVG Tune-Up worked well until 2-4-15; getting message the "Free" program expired and prompting to purchase again and again and again! Your support system is in a perpetual loop of NOT WORKING!!! I have the Zen software downloaded but when I click the Tune-up program I get the same problem repeatedly. I went ahead and purchased a new AVG 2015 license software just to guarantee I was protected against viruses, etc.

I have never in many years had such problems with AVG and have recommended it to many people. NEVER AGAIN!

I see others are having problems too. Please advise what is being done!
