Every time I open a program I get a pop-up message saying:
'{the Program} has woken up. Don't worry we will put it back to sleep …'
This is unnecessary and very, very, very annoying.
How do I stop it?
Thank you very much. I have been able to permanently keep awake all the programmes I use regularly and no longer get the annoying messages, but it would be much better to be able to have them go to sleep when I'm not using them and have the option not to have the pop-up message eveytime they are woken up. I don't need to be told they have been woken up.

This appears every time I open a new programme

1, Please open AVG TuneUp.
2, Click the Speed up tile on the AVG TuneUp dashboard.
3, Click Background & startup programs.
4, Click programs sleeping at the bottom of the Background & startup programs screen.
5, Check whether Mozilla Firefox is under sleeping mode. If yes, wake the program and check for the issue status.
