Please clarify whether you've activated the AVG TuneUp on your Mac computer and able to access the premium features on it.
If not, please follow the steps mentioned in the below article, reactivate the program and check the status.

AVG Tuneup Premium has stopped working on my 2019 MacBook Pro running Monterey 12.3.1.
I get the following message when I look at my subscriptions, so I load it and it doesn't work. My AVG Internet security programme works fine.
'Your subscription isn't being used on any device. Why not install and activate the app now?'
