AVG Tune-up stopped working

when I click CHAT nothing comes up :frowning: So can't you give me some reply to the problem? I'm going bonkers having to keep deleting the pop-up windows informing me of all the bits and pieces of the Tune Up that have stopped working!

Good morning! I have tried to place a Technical Support question on the AVG website but I've been led in circles to a dead end page - in short there's no way a customer can contact AVG for help thru their website! Would be so kind as to help me? As from a week or so I keep getting these pop-up windows about "AVG System Status Check stopped working", the same for the System Control and several other functions. I purchased the product in 09/2014 so it hasn't expired yet. Thank you very much indeed!
