AVG Tune Up Subscription

In July 2018 I purchased a subscription to the AVG Tune Up Service.  My many attempts to use this service have failed every time which has been frustrating and my earlier email went unanswered.  I have never been able to use it.   Can someone please ring me to discuss my options as I would like to use the service on my computer as it is necessary.  Thank you.

It seems that you weren't able to use the paid features of your AVG TuneUp product.
