Thanks for the offer of a free remote assistance service. I followed the instructions visiting the
AVG Remote Support website, but could not see the short form to fill in. I could see the 5 diagrams
of the steps to take,but no sign of the form. I watched the video at the bottom of the screen which
was interesting, but did not help me.

An app will get downloaded. please double click or Run the downloaded file "Support logMeIn Rescue.exe".
Once the technician is ready to connect to your computer, you will receive a popup dialogue which asks you to allow the connection.
