I wonder if anyone can help? I've just purchased the free trial of AVG Tune Up as the scan tells me there are issues with my laptop and it certainly seems to be having a few problems at the moment. (I already have the anti-virus protection installed). I've had a confirmation email telling me that my purchase has gone through but now each time I try to activate it I just go back to the purchase products menu again. It's so frustrating as I am quite happy to pay for a years subscription if I can only get it to work! I've tried logging out and in again but still no joy. Any suggestions?
