I understand the inconvenience.
Did you get any error while installing AVG TuneUp Unlimited?
If AVG my account "My Products" page doesn't show any subscriptions then it is the issue with my account server.
To fix it, we have to escalate the case to concern team and the screenshot of "My Products" full page is needed along with the email address displayed at the top.
I have sent an email for you to provide us with the screenshot of it.
I purchased AVG Tune-up Unlimited yesterday and am unable to download it. Also the purchase does not show in my AVG account.
