I have lost the ability to access my programs (x86 ones at least) and have tried to disable all windows tasks and reinstall several pieces of software like Steam and MS office. This has not resolved my issues. I have also since then removed AVG tune up as well, done full boot time AVG virus scans. I belleve this is all tied to your recent update to AVG Tune up. This is a serious issue for me. Please advise ASAP!
