Hi, Thank you for your advice. I have tried and tried all ways and followed instructions, but it still wont work. It insalls ok after delete, the icon comes up on the desktop but does not activate. I tried troubleshoot w10 and it came up with AVGUI incompatible. Does this mean I will have to delete all AVG PRODUCTS and reload from my account. I have been reading some of your forums in the support section and came across a similar problem. Will this work for me? Thank for your help. R

We would request you to run Tuneup remover tool ( http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Remover.exe ) once on your PC and follow the steps in this article ( http://avgclick.me/installAVGPCTuneUp ) to download and install AVG PC Tuneup 2016 which is totally compatible with Windows 10. Thank you.

I have spoken to AVG support India about this product, went through all proceedures of uninstall/reinstall, it still did not work. I have since had a message from W10  as follows—   
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-10/incompatible-app-windows-10  also  Your app doesn't work with Windows 10
The app you're trying to use was blocked from opening because it might damage your PC or result in loss of data. This is because some apps that worked with a previous version of Windows might not work in the same way with Windows 10.
Go to the support website for the app developer and check whether a new or updated version of this app is available for  Windows 10.
Please could somebody help as i am an elderly person. Never had a problem before with AVG.
