My subscriptions show i have 2 active avg tune up versions, yet when i attempt to use one of them, it tries to sell me another one. Help!!! I may run up a bill the size of the national debt trying to use this servi9ce. i was a happy free customer for a very long time, but paid subs have been a nightmare of no starts and such. any assistance is appreciated.
