AVG Tuneup (30 days trial) cannot load content from internet

Hi all,
After downloading free trial 60 days and running AVG, I pressed "fix and clean" button but it did not work, The system said AVG cannot load the content from internet but my internet was working normally. 
Please help me to figure out what to do
