Thank you.
I have signed into my account 3 times since I got your email. My email is patsylowe@centurytel.net.
My problem, as stated above, is that I'm getting contradictory information from AVG. I use a Windows desktop10 computer. My husband Chris uses a Windows 10 laptop computer. Previously we had AVG PC Tuneup and AVG Internet Security on both computers. Now your emails lead us to believe that we are only covered on one computer. Please clarify. We have also had some creepy emails from another self-proclaimed security company indicating that we have viruses, etc. We have ignored them so far, but please tell us: Are we protected by AVG Internet Security?
Our AVG tuneup was recently renewed, or at least you removed the payment from our checking account. It seems it now covers only one computer, because we got an email to that effect. Meanwhile our AVG Internet Security does not expire until October 23, 2017, but I'm not sure if it's working. What has happened here?
