So, I finally decided to see if the AVG Tuneup was of any use. I went for the free trial, Gave all my information, and my CC #. Here are most of the screens that I was presented with:

I am pretty sure that it was supposed to download, but nothing happened? So what's going on? Have I just been scammed or is the SW faulty?

Thanks for your response.  I didn't see any mention that I had to go into my inbox to download the SW.  That would have been useful information to know.

I've now downloaded the SW and I'll be tring it out.
