Hello David,
This seems to be really unfortunate. May I know if you made any changes though AVG PC TuneUp? AVG PC TuneUp will not delete any file/folder from your computer without your permission.
Please turn off (switch off) your computer and try to turn it on.

I have finally got the pc working I booted up with bootable USB flash drive which I managed to do after a struggle. I have also download EaseUS data recovery to retrieve the files that was deleted. To save time can you please send me a link to all AVG programmes that i had wilth you please.Anti Virus, Tune Up and another one which I dont remember the name.

Have you tried booting up your PC in safe mode?

If not please try to boot up your PC in safe mode and check if you could access your PC.

I have switch it off a few times and opened it in BIOs and tried to boot  up but it still remains black screen.I have given up for today but tomorrow will try and get a bootable usb flash drive and see if will bootup then.

After a TUNUP my PC crashes and It will not boot up .I get a black screen with a white broken circle rotating. Help please

You do have an active AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) until 23rd April 2019 and AVG Driver Updater 1 computer (1 year) license valid until 3rd March 2019. You do not have an active subscription for AVG TuneUp. We've sent an email with instructions to install AVG Internet Security - Unlimited and AVG Driver Updater.
