AVG TuneUp (Multi-Device)

Just paid (Aug 29,2020) for AVG TuneUp (Multi-Device) at $37.95.  Downloaded and installed according to directions, but can't log in.  When I go to my AVG tune up page and try to use its features, I get the message "your full performance has expired"…but I just paid for it!  I've never had this kind of trouble with AVG products and I've been using them for about fifteen years!  What do I need to do now?  I think it's the Log In I'm having trouble with tonight.

It looks like you did not complete the product activation using the activation code.
I have sent an email containing instructions to activate the product along with the activation code.
Please check your inbox and spam box as well for the email.
