Hello, I have AVG internet security and just AVG Tuneup after sometime. I have an Intel 2019 Mac running Ventura 13.1 and I cannot get AVG Tuneup to Open. I have tried uninstalling AVG Internet security and re-install etc. However, I cannot get AVG Tuneup to open up. The AVG teen was downloaded from the link provided by AVG after the purchase of the AVG tuneup

Also, I I run a AVG smart Scan when it finally gets to 'Performance issues' (last section) it says 'you have an active AVAST Cleanup Premium subscription. But it is not installed on your system. Do you want to install it now?'. I clicked install now and nothing happens either. See below.

Please advise how to get the AVG tuneup to work. I understand Avast and Avg are the same now but I don't get why it says to download Avast Cleanup Premium when I got AVG Tune up - (issue it is just the same product marketed by AG and AVAST by different names). I would just like to get it working…

Thank you for writings to us back, Manish.
Upon checking your screenshot it says AVAST CleanUp.
AVG and AVAST are different products.
Do you get the above on the AVG program?
