AVG Tuneup problem since Windows 11 install

Please let us know the version of AVG TuneUp, with which you're experiencing this issue. (Version info can be found in programs list - Go to control panel - Programs & features - Programs - check beside AVG TuneUp). 
Also, clarify whether there are any other optimization tool installed on your computer.

When trying to open AVG Tuneup from the desktop, the dashboard UI fails to appear. There is a quick flash of the empty outline before disappearing. There are no error messages, the program appears in the taskbar and  seems to be  running in the services list but is inaccessible. Uninstalling and and re-installing resolves the issue for a short time.?
