This issue might have caused because your browser cookies were removed when optimizing your PC using AVG TuneUp. 

Please follow the below steps to uncheck the option from scan settings. 

1. Open AVG TuneUp interface
2. Click on Menu > Settings > Automatic Maintainence
3. Uncheck 'Browsing and download history'

Then, your browser settings will not be removed by AVG TuneUp.
