AVG TuneUp Unlimited download to 2nd computer

I downloaded AVG TuneUp two days ago and all went well. Then today I tried to download the program to my second computer. I got the directions "Installing AVG products to your other devices" off the AVG website and tried to follow the directions, which seemed simple. The first screen says AVG in the upper left corner. When I open my new AVG TuneUp my first screen says AVG TuneUp in the upper left corner. My other computer icon is there but not with a yellow square and ADD DEVICE surrounding it. I've gone through a dozen different tries and can't get the program I bought to download into the second computer. When I go to the second computer and try to go to My Account at AVG I get a dialog box asking if I want to upgrade that computer  from AVG Free to TuneUp…and asks me to purchase it again. Please make this simple for me…I'm 78 years old!!
