AVG Tuneup opens only small window and does not open full screen.

Thank you for providing the screenshot. I have checked your previous case history and see that you haven't get in touch with our remote technicians. May I know the case number to check the details? Also, I would suggest you to uninstall AVG PC TuneUp from the control panel- program list and reinstall it referring this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Performance to check the status of the issue.

Thanks, but the problem remains. the product AVG tuneup unilimited open only a small window on ehich is impossible to work  and impossible to do a copy
