Whoa. Have others have had a problem with paying for "ultimate" premium coverage and then being told it does not cover technical support? I had payed for the premium technical support last year. Time comes to renew, I plunk down $199 for 2 years. Some months later I use the support for the first time and I am told that my difficulty is not covered by the coverage I purchased. I would have been covered if I had the coverage I had last year! What a run around and double talk from some supervisor. Has anyone else found out they paid for something other than what they thought - and even when it was supposed to renew a coverage already purchased previously? I got talked around int ten different circles. Very poor adjudication for a client who has paid a lot.
