Please let me know if you have purchased AVG using your hotmail account or gmail account.
If you have purchased AVG using gmail account, then you need to login to "Google Play Store" using the gmail account. So, you can restore the purchase of AVG and activate the same on your android device.
A payment was taken out of my paypal for AVG PRO on Nov 12. Well when you look at my phone it says AVG FREE not AVG PRO and if i click on AVG PRO in the playstore it says to upgrade you need to pay $32.99 even though they have taken out the payment from me already? So i called and of course get bounced around because this dept doesnt handle that and that dept doesnt handle this. Then look online and because it was bought via the play store i can only message someone not talk to them??? so i called and i have been bounced around a few times and im now on hold and have been on hold for over 1/2 hr now!!! listening to crapy music!!! I've googled this issue and it seems there are ALOT of people out there being billed every year by AVG even those whom have canceled their subscriptions years ago??? maybe it's time to goto social media and the tv shows whom investigate scams like this???
