AVG Ultimate 1 yr showing as 30 day trial

Renewed AVG internet early, buying AVG Ultimate. Have downloaded and installed, but my 1-year licence shows as 30-day trial. 
How do I correct that? 
There's no invoice showing on My AVG online, though sales support confirm the purchase today.
