I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused. However,  AVG Ultimate includes AVG Internet Security - Unlimited and AVG TuneUp - Unlimited. AVG Secure VPN (which have already purchased) and  AVG Password Protection are different programs (they are not included in AVG Ultimate subscription). I purchased AVG Ultimate.and had to downgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 7 Ultimate. Why? because MS is becoming to much of big brother in controlling what we can download and what websites we can visit. Anyways, Since I had to re-install my AVG Ult on my Windows 7 and am now seeing the my AVG Password Protect is still grey and asking me to purchase. WHY? Is it not included in the Ultimate package?

Richard, Also AVG Ultimate is compatible with Win10 (https://www.avg.com/en-ww/ultimate).
