I initially reported that as of yesterday, Nov. 4th., I cannot access AVG Ultimate and Tuneup. The response requested to know what exactly happens when I click on the AVG icons. I responded but my response apparently did not reach you. I am responding again through this process. Absolutely nothing happens. I click on the icons and absolutely nothing happens. This started yesterday. I cannot run a scan or tuneup. Please advise or call me at 270-365-7531
