I have an issue with my subscription. I purchased a multi-device AVG Ultimate from Newegg. I activated it on my PC and it went well. HOWEVER, there is no subscription listed in my account. Furthermore, I have issues activating this product on my laptop and on my android devices. All claim that I do not have a multi-device subscription OR a subscription at all.
To get around this, I have to put in the original code that came on the card I purchased at newegg. only THEN does it work. I have called customer service and was informed that they do see the subscription. However, they were unable to provide any reason for it not appearing. When I mentioned the problem with my android devices, I was told it was not apart of my plan. (this was specifically for the VPN application). I told them the card lists it as a part of the plan and when I went ahead and put in the code as a new product, it worked… rather than working when tied to my account.
What exactly is happening? Why can't I get my sub on my website, and why must I keep inputting this long code on every device as if it's never been used before? I want to manage an installation as I've had to refresh two computers and this is making it pretty impossible.

You can install and activated the program in your Windows, Mac and Android device.
Since you have purchased the product from the reseller it won't appear in your AVG Myaccount.
