AVG Ultimate blocking the opening of an "Ignored" program

Hello Gordon,
We apologize for the inconvenience. We would request you to restore the changes made in AVG PC Tuneup and then tried to open that program.
Please open AVG PC Tuneup and click on Rescure centre at the bottom right corner.
Restore the changes and check it.

Thank you for your quick response. I have done as you suggested, first restoring those entries where programs were disabled, then restarting. Same blockage. I went back and restored all the other backups. and restarting. I still get the same Windows 7 message (though, tbf my PC works BETTER and faster, now) and Audials is still being blocked.

I occasionally use Audials 2017 to record a radio program or stream but now that I've run the "Speed -Up program (Ignoring Audials, of course but I still cannot open Audials & record. Apparently Windows Task Scheduler is unable to open Audials (it freezes with the stupid Windows message under the plaque partly open, but not enough to work). Any suggestions??? I would send you a screen dump but I'm not prepared to set up a website in order to post it - your Insert PIcture icon allows only http addresses.
