We'll be glad to help you with activating AVG Ultimate on your second device.
It looks like you are trying to activate the product using the registration code (GSL2-XXXXXXXX-XXXX). Please note that this is a one time registration key and workd for the first activation alone.
Later, you must use the original activation code to install and activate AVG across all the devices. I have sent an email containing instructions to activate and the original activation code.

I use AVG a long time ago. The licence over yesterday. I bay a new licence (AVG ultimate 2 year, unlimited device). I can install and activate the first computer (PC). I try install other PC. Install ok, but drop activate error: "Unknow error, try later"

I try activate with email+password, and activate code. I check my AVG account, I see i have AVG licence, 2 year, unlimited  device.
