We're glad to look into this & help you. This isn't the usual behavior of AVG program.
You may need to check if there are any conflicting programs available on your computer & if they're causing this.

Also, let us know if you've performed a clean installation using AVG Removal tools.
AVG Ultimate works ok on my laptop but on my PC - blue screen of death as windows crashes every few minutes. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it - same problem. Any suggestions how to get it working? Or any suggestions of a different program that works properly?
