I have AVG Zen/Ultimate.
I have been a member of surveys for years, to bring in a little cash.
Survey Spot is one I have been a member of for years. Because of that, I occasionally am sent a special higher point survey, that I am always qualified for because of my "valued member" status.
Since I have had Ultimate, that one survey (all others from that site I receive and can attempt) gets stupped and i get the message "not qualified". I would not have gotten that survey if I wasn't, and wondered if it was because of AVG.
Ultimate has been confusing for me, and I don't know if I clicked on one of the choices to fix performance or something that would interefere with that site.
How can I check?

Thank you for contacting us with your concerns. Could you please try to disable AVG Protection temporarily and check if the issue is resolved or not as suggested by Alan?
