We request you to check if File and Printer Sharing is enabled in AVG Firewall . Hello, all is working fine except printing via Netgear USB Control Center.
The printer is connected to the USB port of the Netgear WNDR4500 router and works fine from 3 other computers but after installing AVG Ultimate on my W10 laptop it fails to connect.
I already tried to open a UDP Port as it is configured on one of the other computers but no succes.
When I switch off the firewall the printer appears in the Netgear USB Control Center window but ass soon as the firewall is on the window is empty again.
Is there someone who can help me fix this?

File and printer sharing is enabeled. It was one of the first things I checked.
Is it possible to change the language because it is now all in Dutch.
I can imagine it will not be as claer for you as in English.

Problem is solved,
In the white list IP numbers added 192.168.1.1 and it works.
