Because of connection problem with my home banking system, after several months of discussion with the IT of the bank, we finally discover that AVG was responsible of these problems. According to the IT guys from the bank, I desinstall all AVG protection systems as well as the tune up (Have been told that this one is totally useless). Now that all AVG device have been deinstalled, the home bankingsystem works perfectly.
The only avg program that I have been recommended to reinstall is the ANTI VIRUS SYSTEM. But I don't find the instruction to do this. Should I reinstall the entire AVG ultimate multi device and then desactivate devices that where causing the problems? Yhanks for your help.
