Avg ultimate not working

I would like to inform you that AVG Dashboard(formerly known as Zen) is being removed hence you cannot Add devices from the AVG Dashboard. However, you can directly install it on your other devices and activate it with your AVG MyAccount Credentials. Please provide me a screenshot of your AVG My Products Tab. Could you tell me which devices are you trying to install the AVG Ultimate?

I cant add devices or find my product on my account so the unlimited use is not working and regestation is not working. did I just throw my money away.

Please be informed that technical support for queries related to AVG products for Android platform is provided through email only. I request you to submit your query to them for assistance. You can contact them from within the AVG app.

Open AVG Anti-virus app/AVG Cleaner app.
Tap on the drawer.
Click on Help and support-> Contact support and fill the form.
