I have paid for the AVG ultimate but have been unable to access it!! please help!

None of my devices can access it.  
I am very upset that it did not automatically update since I get 50 messages a day about my avg being out of date.  It seems you should update it as soon as purchased since you drive me crazy with the out of date messages!!!
I am about to contact the BBB because I feet this must be a scam of some sort.I will wait for 12 hours and if no one has helped me or my acct does not become active I will contact them.
