Hello, thanks for your answer. Changing location (any location) doesn't seem to help. I installed the trial yesterday (04-08) and there is no error message. It just isn't starting.

May I know when did you install the AVG Secure VPN trial version? Please provide us with the screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of the error message if it generates any when you try to turn on Secure VPN. You could try to change the location and then try to turn it on.
The trial of secure vpn says: your online privacy is not protected and I can't seem to turn it on. Can anyone help me?

Hello, I had to reinstall it twice and I noticed the last time that it said: "installing the driver" which it hadn't done before. Everything is working ok now. Thanks for your help.

Sorry to hear about this. Please uninstall AVG Secure VPN via control panel as mentioned in this article ( http://avgread.me/1DEtNP0 ). Then reinstall it via AVG dashboard and check if you are able to turn it ON.
