AVG Ultimate stopped working and won't accept activation code

We have checked the screenshot that you sent via email through one of the support ticket.
The version that you have for AVG is old one and that is the reason you are getting this license error.
We have sent an email instruction which would help you to remove the old version and install the latest one.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
We also request you to provide the information about AVG TuneUp program as requested in the email.
