Upon checking our records, we see that you've placed an order for AVG Ultimate on July 20th  2021 through wire transfer & it is pending.
Reason being, we haven't received the funds at our end.
Usually, orders placed via wire transfer will take 8 business days to get processed. Once the order goes through successfully, you'll receive the order confirmation email.

Hello Community,
Yesterday I got an offer for AVG Ultimate and accepted it with bank transfer payment option.
I received mail with information about bank transfer details and order reference and I made transfer.
Until today my order and transfer isn't registered on my AVG account.
Payment receiver is Global Collect BV.
Please let me know if it's standard way thay we should make payment via Global Collect BV company or I should be worried?
