I apologize for the trouble caused.
I am sorry to inform you that AVG TuneUp doesn't scan external disks in Disk Doctor anymore because there were a lot of problems with them, such as the device disconnects during the fix and then it went all the way, so we decided to completely eliminate it because the problems could not be solved on our part (by, that it is Windows functionality).

I use a disk caddy with 2 hard drives in the caddy connected to a usb 3.0 port. Tune up and Disk Dr do not recognize these drives. Thus no functions in Tune Up or Disk Dr will work. Is this by design? Any work around?
