We would like to know what exactly not working with the AVG TuneUp program.
Could you provide the screenshot of AVG TuneUp program interface here?
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
If you are getting the message or popups to delete the tracking cookies then it should be the campaign for our other product which is "AVG Anti-Track".
It is not included in your AVG Ultimate package. Hence, you are getting the campaigns for other AVG products which is the usual behavior.
If you would like to know more about AVG Anti-Track, do refer this FAQ.
If you do not wish to get campaigns for other AVG products, then open AVG Internet Security program interface.
Click on "Menu–>Settings–>General–>Personal Privacy" and uncheck the box that says "Show offers for other AVG products".

I've finally gotten my paid Ultimate subscription working (while the clock has ticked away 3 months, yet the subcomponents of Ultimate (i.e. Tune up) don't work.
Also, I keep getting AVG ads to buy more AVG products (cookie cleaner…) So ultimate is actually just basic? Is there a penultimate product that isn't just AVG adware? Kind of thinking of just buying a different product that actually performs as advertised and doesn't spam me with more ads that block work I'm actually trying to do.
AVG any response on getting your paid offering working already, instead of just telling me the Ultimate solution really does nothing and I need to pay more to have something that actually protects me?
