I purchased AVG ultimate for Unlimited Devices for 1 x Year.  Activated key code with my e-mail.  Cannot see my product in my Profile.  Cannot Activate into the new computer.  Opened a sealed box from BidorBuy.  AVG say that it has a problem.  Cannot chat with them.  Tried to activate the product again.  Answer: Your product is activated…Still using AVG I nternet security - 30 days…Did not get the Up-grade when i activated…Please help
