From your description, we're uncertain if AVG Antivirus & TuneUp is already installed on your computer.
If so, we'll be able to activate the new subscription using the existing program.
Please let us know if they're already installed on  your computer.

I purchased AVG Ultimate and it will NOT install over my AVG Virus and Tune-Up
