Please disable VPN connection and verify the issue.
Are you using a trial version of AVG Secure VPN as you do not have a paid subscription registered to email address that you used to contact us here.
Anyone else having problems with their computer after installing the VPN?? I have been missing emails, from people who claim they sent however I am not getting, now each time I go to sign on it take forever.
