AVG Ultimate won't load

We had a quick glitch in the power around noon and the computer went down and right back up within seconds. Don't know if it matters but I'll include that detail. Everything seemed great.

5 hour later, I came to do some work and the computer was shut down??? Hmmm… So, I reboot and get a message box that "Following AVG processes failed: - avguix.exe" then they asked if I wanted to send the report to AVG for analysis. No matter which AVG icon I click, I get the same dialogue box. 

I logged into my account and tried to download for reinstalling AVG but that failed as well. Message is: "AVG Setup Process has stopped working" and some verbiage about windows letting me know if they have a solution.

I didn't install or uninstall anything. Any ideas?

If you still get same error message, then please completely remove and reinstall AVG in your computer and that should fix this issue. Thank you so much, Karthikeyan. I have my AVG back. It was difficult to uninstall and took several attempts. Then it didn't want to accept the download you provided. I realized I had to remove ALL AVG products and it worked just fine. I am now scanning for anything that might have occurred while I was without.

I was a bit hasty in believing that everything was resolved. Started my computer this morning to the same problem I had originally. "Following AVG processes failed: - avguix.exe" So, I started scrolling through the Community questions to find my post when I came across someone with the same problem uninstalling AVG. Decided to follow the recommendations given them.

I downloaded AVG Cleartool and ran it per instructions then, after restart, I downloaded and ran AVG Remover. Believing I now had a clean slate to work with, I went back to the link provided to download and install AVG Ultimate only to get, "AVG Setup Process has stopped working" and some verbiage about windows letting me know if they have a solution, just like I did originally. 

Can you please give me some direction in restoring AVG Ultimate to my computer? I will activate Windows Defender until I have a resolution. Thank You.
